JetBlue TrueBlue - When do I pay for Even More Legroom?

I just booked a flight+hotel package on JetBlue Getaways and the seat selector (which didn't come up until I'd paid) allowed me to pick seats in rows 2 and 3 on the A320 without the EML fee. Is this just a perk of the Getaways system, or will I have to pay extra to keep my seat assignment when I check in?

I doubt you'll have to pay anything at the gate.

Must be a perk...

If it is a perk, that's a huge marketing too they are missing thier chance to exploit.

"Flight + hotel = free EML"

It looks like the getaways booking engine is still linked to the old way of booking, where you pick your seats after purchase, and probably doesn't have the capability to charge for certain seats. It could be a 'perk' or they might make your pay at the airport - let us know!
