Article in today's Richmond paper says that more flights were coming. This is one and maybe more?? I don't know where else they would fly out of RIC too.

Now Airtran and Jet Blue both fly to MCO Delta (Comair) is droping the route.

FWIW, Delta announced the route cut before jetBlue announced service; your post implies that Delta is leaving because of the competition.

Still, good that you folks in RIC will still have the service/competition there.

I've keep hearing more predictions new routes is: FLL-PIT/BTV/PWM/ROC coming this winter 2008/2009. How is FLL-RDU/CLT/RIC doing lately? I'm sure it will be remain same exact to be gone for year-round.

I am already heard B6 has been done extremely performing very well from RDU-FLL. I think B6 should expect additional more flights from FLL-RDU sometime in the future.

The RIC/RDU/CLT-FLL flights are performing quite well. MCO-RIC was really no surprise to anyone, and long overdue IMO, especially given DL's departure from the market.
