I have a BAP account with Hertz,
I was corresponding via email with a rep who seems to have disappeared into the ether. After that initial round of emails, now my simple and polite requests for a status have gone unanswered.
Bottom line is that my issue (misdirected 1st QTR statement and missing free day certs) has yet to be resolved and I really don't want to start over again with another frontline rep.
Does anyone here have any name or contact info with someone at Hertz BAP who actually exists and may even provide me with a positive resolution?
BTW, have any of you BAP members received your 2nd QTR statement yet?
