Welcome to reality. Airlines in general have issues. B6 has a lot less of them than AA. ;)

Not to mention, the BBB lists JetBlue Airway - Not JetBlue Airways. So it looks like that source is the one with the issues, can't even get the name right.

JetBlue Airways better sue those other guys for name infringement..... wouldn't want that to tarnish the high quality brand that is so central to JetBlue's image among well-heeled Yanks.

Thank you for the sarcasm. However, my point was that the BBB is so careless to publish a company name with a typo.

As a longtime AA EXP and DL Plat I am moving virtually all of my domestic flying to B6 which with the 38 " legroom and direct TV is better than F on most of the legacy carriers.

I can't say I have flown a ton on B6, but picking up a sandwich beats the F food on the legacies and so far the FAs have all been very nice.

Can't wait to see the new JFK terminal...

JetBlue has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB not because it sought to not resolve an issue which has been reported to the BBB, but because of the 82 complaints that the BBB has received about the airline in the last three years, it failed to acknowledge three complaints to the BBB.

If you forget to respond to the BBB in a timely manner once, it is my understanding that the BBB labels you unsatisfactory.

That's rough to get gigged over a roughly 4% non response rate. Or better put, they didn't respond to one complaint per year.

And just another reason why this thread is a waste of space on the forum - the BBB really holds little merit as a whole, let alone airlines!
