Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - transferring miles

I have a friend who is willing to give me miles for a free tkt only I dont feel like traveling to S.A. in order to get to Europe or the Middle-East. Does anyone know which airlines SAA miles will get me a tkt on, that flies bet the U.S. and Europe/MiddleEast?

Delta, Lufthansa and SAS are 3 airlines that are SAA Voyager partners (there are others).
Your friend can redeem on DL or LH for US/Europe flights. I don't know about the transferability. You can check at http://www.flysaa.com
