Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Upgrade coupon on BA flight

I booked an upgrade on a BA flight (YYZ-LHR-YYZ) from WT+ to CW using my Asiamiles and received what looks like a coupon. Have never upgraded before so unsure what to do with it. I guess it's my new ticket and I present this at the CW desk? However there are all sorts of information about fare and fee prices which I'm pretty sure I don't have to pay. Can someone please make sense of this coupon?

Plus, the booking reference I received is only 5 characters and www.checkmytrip asks for 6 characters. Is CX not affiliated with this website? I can see on the CX website that the status is confirmed on this ticket but I'm still worried that I'll show up at the checkin desk and the upgrade will be gone.:confused:

Another thing, I'm guessing I can't checkin online with this upgrade as I would have been able to do with my BA original booking? So no chance of being able to snag a good seat?

Yes, CX reservation numer is ALWAYS 5-character long. BA MMB is using Amadeus numer, that is ALWAYS 6-character long. You cannot use CX reservation numer on MMB. You need to call CX and ask them to quote you 6-character Amadeus numer OR you can check your CX itinerary - BA and QF Amadeus itineraries are also always quoting CX numer (if CX flight or metal is involved in th itinerary), so maybe it works the other way round.

Okay, thanks for your response, will check with CX about Amadeus number.

Have now got my 6 digit number so I'll be able to checkin online :) But I don't want to accumulate Asiamiles on the flight, would prefer BA miles, will I be able to change this number at the checkin desk? It won't let me change it online in MMB.
