Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Busy Signal with US Reservation Number

I am trying to find out some information about my ticket, as I can't access any information on my flight online and get a busy signal whenever I call the US reservation number of 800-233-2742. Anyone know other numbers that I can call?

I have had the problem in the last few weeks and learned to keep trying every few minutes. I would call shortly after they opened in the morning. I got thru the three times I called finally with perseverance.

Happened to me too. Just kept hitting redial, eventually it rang.
