Cheapest way may be to head to Dusseldorf or Cologne-Bonn and try German Wings or Air Berlin.
From Dusseldorf you can get 228 Euro roundtrip including taxes in September. From CGN you can get 180 euro roundtrip.
Airberlin is adding 35 euros per segment for their fuel surcharge, GW is adding 15.75 per segment for their fuel surcharge.
GW especially runs many promotions each month and paying attention to those (if you know your going somewhere) can often result in you getting 9 euro fares which end up being abou 80 with all the taxes/fees/surcharges.
The other thing to try is a site like expedia which may offer you connections through Ankara on Turkish airlines very cheap - they seem to dump inventory there from time to time and a few times I've flown through Ankara and saved 200-300 USD versus the direct round trip (wasn't flying from FRA though so don't know what their schedule to Ankara is like.)
