hello friends,
since some of us are often quick to criticize poor performance (note the large finger pointing at me!!), it is only appropriate to also mention very good to excellent performance. the particulars are not important but i recently did some bookings with centurion travel and got a nice upgrade with one location and the other went very smoothly, most pleasant. great follow through as a matter of fact on both.
also the concierge service did an superb job for us on a request.
