Bump. Anyone heard anything more on this property?

I have friends in Russia and when this was first posted I asked and no one had heard anything. I would take all Russia announcements regarding foreign hotels with a grain of salt. It took about 8 years and three different sites before a Hilton finally opened in Moscow.

Any Hilton in St Pete would be great though.
