HI,

I have a Venice to Rome flight on AZ in Y class. Can I get an exit row seat as a Delta GM? It won't even let me reserve a seat on the AZ website!!

Most of those domestic flights are airport check-in only. It is a short flight... wouldn't be overly concerned.

Ask when you check in, they do tend to treat DL elites well. They might require an ability to speak and understand Italian for exit rows.

Web check in is available 20 to 1 hour before flight. Through web check in you can choose your seat. An overall feature, not a privilege for Skyteam elite.
You can only select your seat online before check in when booking Alitalia-operated intercontinental flights.

I'm a CO silver (ST elite)... flying intercontinental next month. I can't pick exit seats online, and when I called the agents basically said that I was out of luck (and the online PNR lookup tool sucks, it hasn't updated my flight times despite a schedule change).

On a random topic... we're going JFK-FCO-TLV-FCO-JFK. For the TLV segments, the AZ website now says that each pax can bring bags up to 44kg. But the initial confirmation we got from AZ says that each person can bring 2 bags on all of the segments. Anyone know what rule applies?
