Not a big deal yet, but I'm wondering if others have seen slower postings lately?

Usually I see the HHonors points show up 1 day, maybe 2 tops, after checkout. I also normally see the points show up on the website in my points/nights/stays total in "Account Summary" a day before the efolio shows up under "Hotel Stays Summary". They also always seem to show up in this pattern (points first, folios later) whether the stays are from brands on the old Promus reservation system (Hampton, DT, Embassy), or brands on the "native" Hilton system (e.g. Hilton, HGI).

But my last two stays, both Hamptons, haven't showed up as points/stays/nights yet at all. Only a few days (last Friday and last Saturday), but the efolios showed up today while the points still aren't there.

I've got an itchy trigger finger on an award booking I want to make once the points are there, so I'm doing the "watched pot never boils" thing I guess. But it does seem different from all my other recent stays.

Anyone else seeing this?

I have the same experience, Checked out Sunday a.m., folio appeared today online but no points

I checked out on 22nd. I see the eFolio, but no stay/night/points yet.

I checked out of a Hilton Sunday morning; no points or folio as of now (Tuesday night).

UPDATE: Both the points & folio posted Wednesday morning.

I checked out of the Dusseldorf Hilton on Sunday and the points are in my account this morning, which is very fast for an international property in my experience.

I'm glad that you posted this as I was just about to call customer services to find out where my tier points / points were for a couple of recent stays where the folio's have appeared but not the points. Hopefully it is just a bit of a glitch at the moment and they will all appear sometime soon.

I checked out Saturday

Stay showed Monday
Folio showed Tuesday
Points showed Wed

much slower than normal

Finally Diamond with last stay

Friday night and Saturday night stays finally posted this morning as stays/points/nights.

However one of my eAdvantage 1000 point bonuses, from the current eAdvantage promo, are missing. That one was booked via my eAdvantage site but the booking was before the current promo started. I thought the stay date was what mattered, not the booking date, but I may have been misinformed. The other one posted the same time as the regular points, which is normally the case with eAdvantage promos.

edit: Never mind, I just checked the T&C's; I was misinformed. Should have canceled and rebooked after the promo began on 6/15. "Must complete booking and stay between June 15, 2008 and October 31, 2008." Oops. Now I've got to stay at one more Hampton on the drive home next week...
