Hilton HHonors - Not all Homewood suites honor 48 hr force

This may have been discussed before, but I was just trying do a force at the New Homewood Suites Downtown Nashville. The DD was unable too, because not all Homewood Suites honor the force rule. She was able to get me in the Hilton Suites Downtown, but this is the first time I have never been able to book a room, no matter what. I do not recall seeing this discussed before.

Are you saying they never allow the diamond force or that due to a special event etc they consider it a time in which the diamond force can not be invoked?

It was not a special event or blackout date etc. They mentioned the hotel does not honor the 48 hr force period and some other homewood suites do not. She said it was a small perecent.
