Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - Hunter Valley tour recommendations

Does anyone have any personal recommendations for Hunter Valley wine tours? I'm traveling alone; I'd like something like a good quality group tour rather than run-of-the-mill, and I'm prepared to pay for it.
