We are booked on flights KA102/8JUl and KA101/13Jul and have pre-assigned seats. When I look at a seat map tool the flight on 13 July shows no passengers with assigned seats but on the CX website the flight shows "Full"...

I tried to call CX and gave up after waiting 40 minutes.

Does anyone have an idea if this flight is operating or cancelled. If it is cancelled what options are CX likely to offer or will we be stranded in Kathmandu.

1. I saw on EF that seats 11A/C/H/K ad 23A are taken on that flight.
2. You should call KA, not CX.

Always confirm and check seats with KA directly. Something I've learned on my mainland trips.
