American Express Membership Rewards - Any MQMs for a new Skymiles Gold Business card?

A FA I know mentioned she can sign me up for a Gold Business card that gives me 20,000 SkyMiles, and she gets $50. Are any of those miles MQMs?As I understand it, you can get a signup bonus for a Business card even if you recieved bonus miles for a regular AMEX Delta card. I don't really need the card, just the miles.
