Since CX840 is operated by a 777-300ER then it will definitely have the new F.

Shockingly (to me, anyway), F is sold out on my flight on October 17th, so I am waitlisted. October selling out already? Good for CX, I guess.
I have some time for the WL to clear, I will stick it out before I opt for BA through LHR instead.

Via LHR - that is a big detour at one of the worst airports.
