There is no Florida Resident single-day water park ticket discount. There is, however a Florida Resident After 2pm Water Park Annual Pass. $62.84 will get you one year's worth of admissions to both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, so long as you only want to go after 2pm. The regular Water Park Annual Pass, on the other hand, costs $106.45.

If you visit reguarly and purchase a multi-day ticket you can do a waterpark add-on that is reasonable. I always get the no-expire option and add on park hopper so they end up being half off the normal price.
