1. Contest starts at 12:01 pm ET on May 16, 2008 and continues until 11:59pm ET on July 18, 2008, the Contest Closing Date. No purchase necessary. Only one (1) entry per person.
(a) To enter, go to www.canadianbusiness.com/WranglerUnlimitedAdventure complete the entry ballot in full and submit it as instructed by the Contest Closing Date.
(b) A random draw by an agent of Chrysler Canada Inc., and Signature Vacations (“the Contest Sponsors”) from all entries received as of the Contest Closing Date will be made at approximately noon on July 18, 2008 at One Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ontario. Selected entrant will be contacted by telephone or email, as set out on the entry form.
(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 5 days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a Release of Liability as specified below, another entrant will be selected.
2. (a) Participants are eligible to win one (1) Grand Prize of a Trip to Costa Rica having an approximate retail value of $5,600 based upon departure from Toronto. Actual value may vary depending upon the time of year and originating airport. Grand Prize trip consists of:
* Return economy airfare for two (2) from one of the following airports, closest to the winners residence Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver to Costa Rica.
* Seven (7) nights standard accommodation based upon dual occupancy at various hotels
* Tour events and meals specified in the attached itinerary
It is the Prize winner's and his/her guest's responsibility to provide for any additional expenses not included in the Prize as described herein, including, but not limited to, entrance fees, additional meals, drinks, travel insurance, health insurance, gratuities, in-room movies, taxis, connector flights, stopover hotels, transportation to and from the winner's home and the Gateway airport nearest his/her Canadian residence, transportation to and from Airport to hotel, in destination activities not outlined in itinerary.
The winner and his/her guest must depart from and return to the same airport. The winner and his/her guest must be able to travel at the same times and dates to be selected by them and approved by SIGNATURE VACATIONS or forfeit the Prize. The Prize winner and traveling companion must hold and present a valid Canadian passport, including all necessary government documentation to travel to Costa Rica and be at least 18 years of age or older. SIGNATURE VACATIONS will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. All tickets issued in conjunction with the Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used. The Prize may not be transferred except by SIGNATURE VACATIONS or as otherwise indicated herein. Only the listed Prize will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that SIGNATURE VACATIONS reserves the right to substitute any Prize package to another hotel or destination. The substitute Prize, if required, will be of equal or greater value. Travel arrangements and reservations regarding the flight must be made according to instructions given to the Prize winner. Once reservations are made, they cannot be changed. Other restrictions may apply. All taxes (including but not limited to departure taxes,) and other assessments are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. The traveling companion must be at least 18 years of age or older and have all the required travel documentation to travel to Costa Rica.
Trip must be taken if departure point is Toronto between November 27, 2008 and March 12, 2009 or if departure point is Calgary or Vancouver between November 13, 2008 and April 16, 2009. Grand Prize dates are subject to availability and black out periods (to be advised at the time of redemption).
(b) Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.

To be declared a winner, selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time; and will also need to return a signed release of liability and acknowledgment form. Contest Sponsors’ decisions are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
4. By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph in publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsors and their advertising agencies, without further notice or compensation.
5. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsors, their advertising and promotional agencies and the contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize. Before being declared a winner, entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release. Trip winner’s guest must also sign and return a Declaration and a Liability/Publicity Release prior to being ticketed or within such other period as Sponsors may specify. (a) Contest Sponsors assume no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion; to cancel or suspend the email portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. 12. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Neither of the parties to this Agreement shall use the name or any trade name or trade mark of the other in connection with any representation or material without prior, written consent of the other party.
All trade marks, trade names, copyrighted material and any other intellectual property rights vested in either party at the date of, or during, this Agreement shall remain the exclusive property of the party so holding such rights and shall not be appropriated or used without the prior written consent of that party.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
At all times the parties shall comply with PIPEDA. The Parties shall make reasonable efforts to safeguard a customer’s personal information (including medical information where applicable), shall not disclose a customer’s personal information and shall not retain any copies of a customer’s personal information in each case without the customer’s consent, express or reasonably implied.
CONSEQUENCES OF FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for any failure to perform its obligations or to carry out any of the activities contemplated by this Agreement if such failure is caused by an event of force majeure. The Party suffering an event of force majeure shall use its best efforts to minimise the event of force majeure with all reasonable dispatch.

Day 1: D
# Arrival into Daniel Oduber International Airport, Liberia, Costa Rica
# Meet and greet with guide (guide provided on tours of 6 or more passengers only, groups of 5 or less will be assigned a bus driver only)to the Hacienda Guachipelin* in Rincon de la Vieja for dinner. The evening is yours to enjoy the facilities of this working cattle ranch
Day 2: B/L/D
# Your day starts with a 45-minute horseback ride to the Rio Negro River. Upon arrival you will board a tube for a 90-minute exhilarating adventure down the Rio Negro River. Then in the afternoon transfer from Rincon de la Vieja to the famous Arenal region (by bus, approx. 4 hours) to check-in at the Hotel Junglas y Sanderos Los Lagos; a unique hotel with a volcano view for dinner and the night

# This morning you will spend 2 hours visiting the Arenal Hanging Bridges. After exploring this unique attraction, depart for the Sarapiqui area (approx. 3 hours) and check-in at the Selva Verde Hotel. Make sure to grab your cameras as today’s afternoon is spent on a guided walk of the rainforest viewing exotic plants and wildlife!
