I know the hotel is closing soon, so it desperately needs refurbishment but this rate still surprises me.

The Princeville Resort will be undergoing a transformation starting the first week of August 2008. Following will be a 7 month hotel closure during the renovation period that will begin on September 19, 2008.

Wow - first post here as a Plat, I had a mountain view for $400 on June 19, then 2 nights on points due to the rate - incredible rate reduction. Thanks for the post, got the $199 no problem
