Starwood Preferred Guest - Points not posted

Anyone else have this problem?

Normally any bonus points that I get in a particular week get loaded during the Sat sweep. This week I didn't get any of the bonus points and my stay (and base points) from Thursday night (friday checkout) didn't post either. Was the system down for the long weekend? Not a big deal … just curious.

Overall My stays for the last month have been hit and miss on showing up. Not sure if they are updated the computers or not.

My 2000 (2K for every 2 stays) points didnt post, so I had to call Plat Support.

How long did you wait, in relation to what the T&Cs of the offer promise?

In one of the current quarterly promo offers, this language appears:

Bonus Starpoints will be credited to the member's account within 2–3 weeks of the stay posting to the member's Starwood Preferred Guest account.

Of course, bonus points may well show up earlier than the promised time, but I would wait until the appropriate amount of time has elapsed before contacting SPG.

During the last 6 weeks, the 2K promo has posted every Saturday (I've had 2 stays evey week). For some reason, it didn't post as of today. This may be because of the Memorial Day week-end though...

I've have always had my stay show up within 48 hours and promo points (just started accumulating this year) show up on the sat sweep. This is the first time I haven't had the bonus points not show up (although I did have one missing stay a couple of weeks ago). Has anyone had their bonus points show up .. That way I'll know it was not a system delay?
