Starwood Preferred Guest - Deficiencies at Westin La Quinta in Marbella

I have stayed at the Marbella Westin La Quinta 4x in the past year, and every morning have had at least one of my bottles of shampoo/conditioner/lotion seriously diluted with water or half-full. Anyone else experience this? At first I thought this was due to a funny guest, but it seems systematic.
Other than this, I love the hotel!

;)Yes, we noticed the same thing for the shampoo / conditioner.
Beware of the Westin La Quinta Marbella. What could be a fantastic resort....
The worst thing is the condition of their "Heavenly" beds. It might have been a heavenly bed mattress when the hotel opened up in 1986, and it is ridiculous that they market a heavenly bed here when it is more of a back-breaking, saggy-in-spots, poor excuse of a "heavenly" bed......Front desk did absolutely nothing to help with our complaint and request to be moved. We were told that all of the beds are heavenly and that they are the same. So I took some pictures, have a look :

I guess it would still classify as a heavenly bed..to a homeless person ;)
Seriously, that's pretty nasty.

LOL! We fell asleep on the loungers in the spa......that was the best sleep during our entire stay, too bad we couldn't "sneek in" after the spa closed!
