Dollar - Dollar Rent-A-Car at LAS

Yes, I realize this is miscategorized, but there has not been any action in the Dollar forum in over a month and I wanted to get your sage advice rather than hang out amongst the tumbleweeds in the Dollar forum.

I am traveling on AA to LAS next week for a long awaited vacation. I have a car reserved with Dollar and am signed up for their Fastlane program. Does anyone know if they have counter bypass in LAS or if you still have to go talk to an agent at the counter?

I would prefer to bypass the counter, choose my own car and go to the gate like you can do with Emerald Club, etc.

Go right to the garage (in the consolidated rental facility), there is a little booth there that you need to go through.

This must be different than the last time I was there (8/06). There was not a consolidated facility at that time.

The change was, IIRC, within that period. Now they just have Rental Center buses that visit the terminals and take you to the central location.

Now that the OP's question has been answered, this will go the proper rental location. ;)

If you are arriving in the evening they close the booths around 10pm, but forget to put up a sign.

I also should add that the $ lines at LAS get real bad especially on Sunday nights. FastLane is a blessing along with the $10/weekend day rate^

Another note on LAS. When the FB booth is closed, you can bypass the line and go to the customer service/gps return line in the main lobby.
