Travel Technology - Help! My HTC Tytn II has the screen of death

What should I do? It looks like the screen might have gotten cracked. One black dot in the middle and colored lines going down the face.
Can you replace the screen?

If you travel outside the US, thsi type of work is usually done less expensively in other countries. Even the UK is cheaper than the US. Hong Kong is the best place.
