The Lexar Pro 133x CF memory cards in the 2GB, 4GB and 8GB size come with a $20 (2GB and 4GB) to $35 (8GB) rebate through end of June. Best "deal" per GB is the 2GB card which can be had at B&H and other places for under $40 less the $20 mail-in rebate. You can get up to 3 rebates per offer. An offer is defined as each card size. Very good deal in my opinion for a high-quality CF card.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the prices after rebate, shipping, and postage are $24.32 , $43.87, and $70.32 (but out of stock), so the larger cards are actually the better deal per GB,and you need to carry around fewer of them.

Lexar and Sandisk seem to have rebates like these every few months, and they are definitely the time to buy. I picked up a 4GB Extreme III a few months back at about this price. I'd grab one of these, but I currently have 11GB of cards and an 80GB psd, so I'm set for a while. One of them is a Lexar 133x and, while it was flaky in my 10D, had been fine in my 40D.
