Diners Club Club Rewards - Lounge access in Heathrow

I understand there's no actual DC lounge in the Uk anymore. But I have seen various notes that DC cardholders can access other lounges (Servisair).

Which lounges are included, and what is the policy on entry (pay for? free?)?

Unfortunately, access for cardholders to lounges in the UK & Ireland was withdrawn post 01 November last year.

No discounts to pay lounges either.
