Wished I had insisted on going with SN. Could I insist now. The only reason that I had wanted to go with LX was they were a partner with SAA - which they aren't now. That, coupled with the ribbish redemption rates, amkes me want to go with SN

just write them a letter and ask them to match your status. I think they might be empathic to that esp. if you have flown them in the past.

This is a win situation for them. Miles will still remain at swissair so it won't cost them redemption fees.

it's the points i want to transfer. Used to fly with old SN but new SN doesn't fly out of EDI. :-(

SN has only upgrade awards on its own flights (Europe & Africa)
