Qualiflyer - Webspecials

Anyone seen the new webspecials yet ? GVA-JFK for 399.- plus taxes. If you wanna fly from BSL (like I do), the total comes to 589.-, which is just 21.- less than if booked under their "Winter Specials", but WITH the date restrictions. I'll just wait until February and book the dates I want...
Bordeaux looks enticing, but no E-tickets or e-checkin possible to Bordeaux, so the mile costs you 0.05 CHF.

Altogether, no really good deals for me.

Is anyone getting the email with the specials ?

Bordeaux is good, 99.-CHF (before taxes) for 2000 club miles before any bonuses.

Also another 1000 club miles for GVA-BSL is good too.

Another thought is to book also on the same day a BSL-BRN return in C-class (2000 club miles) for less then 200.- CHF inc.taxes.

Total 5000 club miles in one day run. Not counting the bonuses.

RE the JFK fares, ZRH-GVA-JFK is CHF588.- inkl. tax with the webspecials and CHF729.- with the regular youth fare. I seem unable to get the winter specials on the website, perhaps somebody can help me?

airoli, I think there is a 3-night minimum or Saturday stay. Also, the CHF 490.- plus tax fare only applies to the flights LX 22/23. On one date I checked, that low fare was already gone and I was quoted a higher fare, but on other dates I got CHF 490.- plus tax (total CHF 610 from BSL).

I'm kind of angry at myself for not waiting. I booked 11.1. - 12.1. ZRH-GVA-JFK JFK-GVA-ZRH for CHF 610.- + tax in mid-december. Roughly CHF 140.- more than the webspecial. But it's not a mileage run and I didn't feel like checking every day and missing out on B-class youth fare. Plus, the ZRH-GVA was overbooked when I purchased - I got the seat by waitlisting. Now it's open though.

Anybody flying on those dates?
