Also: Zurich-Tel Aviv and back double miles on Friday and Saturday flights.

GVA-JFK you say? Let's see, isn't that the route which is from time to time available as a CHF399.- webspecial? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I always enjoy New York you know...

I might be mistaken, but I can't remember any such promo ever granting double club miles, only double bonus miles.

HajoFlyer is correct, these promotions usually mean 1x status miles + 1x the same amount of bonus miles + whatever other bonuses you can get (e>anything, youth e.a.).

You are correct and maybe I was not clear in my posting. You get 3851 club miles each way GVA-JFK plus 3851 bonus miles each way.

Total is 7702 club miles and 7702 bonus miles plus 1000 online booking, 1000 e-tkets. If you fly out of ZHR (1000 club miles, 1000 etkts), total is 17'404 or 19'404 miles.
Don t forget TC or TCG bonuses.

What's that all about?

Looks like I have to get busy with my girlfriend to make use of this promo. Hope the promo will run another 9 months. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

Not wanting to mess up with your plans, but as long as you're not having a Swiss address in your profile, it's not worth the "hassle"... no bonuses will be credited.

airoli, my girlfriend is a Swiss resident (Geneva). Thus I can easily name a Swiss address. Now, let's see...I think I should call my boys (and I only make boys) Hajo II, Hajo III, Hajo IV.... so that we can all collect miles on the same account number.

I think I saw these promotions advertised in the "newsbox" text on my statement.

This weeks special offer out of Brussels looks so much more attractive to me now:
Roundtrip BRU-ZRH-BCN is 4000 club miles + 4000 bonus miles + 1000 online booking miles + 2000 Etix miles. All that for just 171 Euro's including taxes.
There is ofcourse the 2 nights minimum stay but I guess X-mas shopping in BCN can be nice as well.

That makes this offer even better then the GVA-JFK trip for CHF 399 (1.5 vs 2 cents to the mile)

Hay, guys.
What's the rules of "youth bonus" (4000), otherwise - there is no info on the website about ZRH-BCN bonus ...
Anyone knows the source of that info ???

This is a bonus swiss resident members under 26 get automatically on every flight. It is uncertain how much longer it will be offered, but so far it has always been there.

It's 1000 miles per european segment, and 2000 miles per longhaul. It's my reason to use Swiss that much.
