Swissair maintenance unit SR Technics sold to 3i, management for 618 mln sfr <font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">SR Technics, the maintenance unit of bankrupt Swissair Group AG, has been acquired by financial investors headed by British investment company 3i Group Ltd and the management of SR Technics for 618 mln sfr, SR Technics said.
Approval by the relevant authorities is expected to be given within the next 4-8 weeks, SR Technics said.
The company's management team and workforce will have a stake of around 12 pct in the company, while the rest will be held by 3i and funds managed by 3i, SR technics said.</font>
