Qualiflyer - Conversion from Marriott Rewards earns double points

According to a mailing received from Marrriott, conversion from Marriott Rewards to Qualiflyer will earn double points from October 15 to December 15.

This matches the previous promotion from American Express Membership Rewards

As I did not received this mail; I searched here (http://www.marriottrewards.com/awards/airrewards.asp#6) and there (http://www.marriottrewards.com/awards/packages.asp). But the only two limited time offers (valued until November 30th 2002) found are on Northwest (Complete Travel Package & Air reward).

Do I understand the offer correct that Mileage Reward is now 125.000 MR Points = 70.000 QG miles and the travel Package Reward is now 235.000 MR Points = 170.000 QG miles + 7 Hotel nights up to Categorie 5 +25% off a Hertz rental car (if available) + 100 minute pre paid AT&T calling card.
