Diners Club Club Rewards - Limitation on DC point transfers ?

Can DC point's be transferred to a FF account of somebody other than the named cardholder ?

If not "officially" then how about in practice (like Amex MR points, where although the T&C says it's not possible, in practice it is) ?

A few of the airlines require that the name on the Club Rewards account match the name on the receiving frequent flyer account, but Diners has no such requirement. If you mention the specific airline(s) you may receive better replies.
