This must be a record.
Three tickets on Aloha airlines became void with Aloha's demise. I claimed/contested the charges with DC through the web interface. As a result, i received the 10th letter today asking me what steps I have taken to claim my money from the vendor.
My standard response has been "none, the vendor is defunct". And promptly the next letter arrives. CS promised this would stop but not so.
I am wondering why DC does not have some coding in its system for a process involving a major vendor and a well known instance (i.e. bancrupcy). This cannot be cost effective.
