As of 31 March all former Swissair and Crossair flights will be operated by the new airline Swiss Air Lines Ltd. They will all bear a LX designator.
Swiss Air Lines will introduce a new flight numbering system and the SWISS summer timetable 2002 will be effective.
Present booking references will automatically be reconfigured onto the new SWISS flight numbers. Tickets do not need to be re-issued or stickered. Coupons with old flight numbers will be accepted by check-in staff world-wide.
