What is going on at Asia Miles? There was a time when it was helpful, efficient, and almost more knew more than I did. I twisted and turned to redeem yesterday, for dates in August and September, but the answer was negative at every try.
My usual redemption of London - Edinburgh - Wick is no longer permitted. How can this be? I know that LCY - EDI is operated by BA Cityflyer, and EDI - WIC by Loganair. Why should that suddenly change.
And as for Malév Hungarian Airlines, they are part of this thing, right? Or did I just dream it? I also need to go to BUD in August, but any number of attempts to get a free seat from various European cities was refused. Am I right in thinking that any open-jaw is not permitted with MA? Trying open-jaws was refused outright.
I am so glad I am coming to an end of this thing. They obviously don't want you to be able to use the miles, as I posted elsewhere. I need to do a GVA -LON, and I thought redeeming for that was a waste of miles.
