Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Updating Award Availability - frequency?

We all know that like all carriers, CX updates its award availability regularly. I would imagine that it is done once a day, at least. I think I read somewhere (not sure if it was FT) that people call the MPC hotline just on the dot of 12 midnight to try to get seats they desire on the first day of release. So presumbaly new seats are released at least at 12 midnight daily (I stand to be corrected).

My question now - assuming that new seats come in at 12 midnight daily, are there other times of the day that CX replenishes or updates availability, clears waitlists? Do these times exist apart from 12 midnight? Are these at regular intervals?

I'm not very sure either, but I thought award availability is more real-time or done on a continuous basis. the reason people call at midnight was more because of the 330-day (or whatever number of days) - i.e. awards are available only 330 days in advance starting at midnight of that day ?

but if you're not looking at this 330-day rule and not really trying to get award the first day it's theoretically released, I think award availability actually could change continuously just like any other inventory bucket...I think I certainly have my award waitlist cleared in different cases in different times of the day...
