Qualiflyer - SwissAir in Zurich - always delayed!

I have been travelling with Swiss Air for many times, but in more than 80% of the time, the connecting flight to Zurich is delayed or cancelled and the flight leaving Zurich to international cities are delayed.

Any similar exoerience?

I have only had 2 rt's IAD-ZHR. The arriving plane to IAD to turn around was late both times (1-1 1/2hrs), and the flight departing ZHR was late by 1-1 1/2 hrs both times.

Last time, the plane was at the ZHR gate on time. Plane was loaded, an announcement was made that we were waiting for a passenger. We waited for over an hour, finally, a passenger arrived (20 ish male in econ with us), and we got in line to take off.

I agree with the delays, but no of my many SR flights has ever been cancelled. And the delays are - while unpleasant - mostly not too bad, e.g. >2hours or so. I might however just be lucky (!?!)
