Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Miles & More website slow for anyone else?

It's taking absolutely ages to load each and every page. All other web surfing is fast, seems to only affect M&M for the time being :(

Anyway, I was wondering if someone could answer a question regarding redeeming miles.

1) I've got a bunch of miles which will expire around April of next year. Not wanting to lose them, I was wondering if I could book a flight in early 2009 (using the miles) but where the flight itself took place much later (say at the end of the year). Will this work or do the miles need to be used during the 4 year period of having earned them?
2) I read that there used to be a condition where you could reclaim the miles and they would be granted for another 3 month period even if they would have in theory been expired. Was this changed to a 1 month period or something shorter, or am I just thinking about something else?
3) Can I book a flight using M&M miles, but for someone else? I've never used miles from M&M to book a flight as of yet, but I think I'd rather use them for someone else from my family as I'm not sure I'd have the time to use them in 2009 anyway...

1) You can book flight awards up to 12 months in advanced. It doesn't matter if the flight is after the miles expire. What counts is the date of the award booking. At least it says you need use your earned miles within 36 months and since award bookings are valid up to 12 months you could fly up to one year later.

2) Couldn't find anything about this. Someone else has to answer this.

3) Yes, you can use your miles for someone else. You don't even need to travel with this person and this person doesn't need to be M&M member.

And yes the website was slow this morning but it got better now.
