Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - KA Site Not Allowing Booking Between HKG/XIY on Certain Days of the Week

I am trying to book KA940 HKG-XIY for 7/18 (a Friday) and return on 7/20 (a Sunday) on KA941. KA apparently uses the CX booking engine on the KA site.

When I try to book it I get a response screen that says "the flight from XIY to HKG only operates on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday" and I can't book it. Interestingly, it says the same about flights from HKG to XIY. Picking random dates with Sundays gets the same message.

The Schedule section of the KA site indicates 940 and 941 fly everyday, albeit not always at the same time every day. Expertflyer and Expedia both indicate that 940 and 941 are available on the dates indicated above.

Emails to KA online support have gone unanswered and the problem still persists. Any thoughts on what may be happening?

this is a very common bug when CX or KA starts upgrade their flight. XIY flights was not daily until summer08 schedule, and often when they sort of frequency happens, it took too long to let CX/KA's IT team to realise and correct the error.
