I've tried several times in recent days to book a GLONP2 award online and have had no luck thru the link on this page:

I keep getting this message:
We're sorry, online Reward Reservations is currently unavailable. Please try again later, or contact the Diamond Desk at xxxxxxx for further assistance with your Reward Reservation request
Both attempts were at Conrads. Both are bookable as C606 thru the normal reward booking engine.
Has anyone gotten this to work recently? I know I could just call, but...
