Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Back of the Bus ~ Food service (back to front?)

I have seat 66K on upcoming SFO-HKG 873 (same seat on return) and was wondering if they do the food service front to back or back to front and therefore will I get my choice of entree?

I scoped out these seats on seatguru.com so they look pretty good ~ long-ish layover in HKG and SFO (4 hrs) so in no rush to get to immigration/customs/etc before the herd....

They do the meals a kind of randomly - front-to-back, back-to-front, front-to-middle, middle-to front, back-to-middle, middle-to back. The chance is you will be served first once and served last once;).
