Staying at the Grand Stanford next week for 2 nights.

Need the details of a serious Gym (Like Golds or California) near the hotel.

IC Grand Stanford is located along Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui EAST, which is the quieter part of Tsim Sha Tsui.

You can take the underground MTR tunnels (with travellators) to the exit E

Have you tried the one at the hotel? I stayed there a few weeks ago and it's not too bad. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront promenade (east and west) in front of the hotel is also good for a run.
