Someone came to see me after he was unable to use a Frontier Airlines ticket. There was a $100 penalty (nonrefundable fare) and he will lose the balance of the value of the ticket if he does not use it within 1 year. He wants to know how they can justify keeping the TAXES on the ticket if he ends up not using it.
Anyone care to explain? I thought it was a pretty good question.
