Korean Airline starts a new route from LAX to GRU (Sao Paulo, Brazil) on June 1. I know nothing about Korean Airlines. Will they have an F cabin on this route? Will this route be available on mileage redemption? If so, do you have any idea how many partner miles it would take to redeem in F? biz?
Also, do you know any consolidator who sells Korean Airline tickets? I'd be particularly interested in finding a consolidator for premium cabins.

I can only answer part of your question.
You can only book KE F with KE or AF miles. All other skyteam airlines are 2 class therefore can only book into C with miles. Outside of Skyteam, VN and EK are also Skypass partners. It looks like EK can only be used for C redemption as well, don't know about VN, their website isn't very useful.
It will be a continuation of one of the LAX flights so yes it will have an F cabin. I suspect they will sell F on this route, though they have some routes operated with 3 cabin aircraft that they don't sell F on. From my understanding those seats are usually given to frequent flyers... don't know if that's KE frequent flyers only or Skyteam elites.
If you happen to find a consolidator for KE tickets, please come back and post it here. I'd be quite interested in discounted KE C class tix. I really enjoy KE and try to fly them on award tickets, but when I'm paying for C myself NW is priced a lot lower in the markets I fly.

From looking at the award chart on NWA.com, it's 50K in Y/90K in C. I also tried to search for award seat from June 1st forward .. none on KE, only NW/CO.

FYI, KE Is flying MWF flights, 3x a week, on a 3-class 773, departing LAX at 19:30, arriving in the next morning at 11AM; interestingly, the return is one of those rare "daytime" flights ex-South America; there are very few of these. It departs GRU around 130pm, arriving into LAX at 21:30. Block times are 11-12 hours each way.
I guess KE doesn't subscribe to the reasoning that you should leave your widebody on the ground at a South American airport for 12+ hours/day? :) I realize that's because the US carriers' returns would arrive too late to connect at their hubs for enough pax, right? But anyway, when you are at EZE or GRU, you see a big "parking lot" with DL, UA, AAx2 or 3, CO, etc.... all parked from about 9am to 9pm.
As for SkyTeam award space: I know that you have to call NWA for availability on KE awards; it's not viewable online. I can't remember if F is allowed; I know it's not on MH or AF, two WorldPerks partners who do fly F cabins. :( But ask anyway, if you call.

KE couldn't get proper slot for overnight return. That's why they end up with day-light return flight. Well, save money due to quick turn will be another huge reason.
