Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - All Asia Pass Service Charge Question

Anyone has success story of booking the All Asia Pass from travel agent without/with low server charge? My travel agent wants to charge me $150 service charge per person. It is way more expensive than I could expect. Appreciate if you can share how much you paid for your service charges and your agents websites or contact numbers.

I booked my son on the AAP for travel in May. There was no service charge. But that's probably because I know the TA well and have given her a lot of business, so she probably did it as a favor. Issuing that ticket involved a lot of work. Lots of web pages to scroll through with inane information to fill. On top of that, my TA told me that CX isn't very good at giving timely commissions on that service, so a lot of TAs don't bother issuing AAP. I never even considered that there could be a service charge, but I can understand why they would charge.
