Suggestions - suggestion: bring back the 'please read before posting' to mileage run

perhaps the suggestion should be:

bring back the 'purpose of this forum, please read before posting' sticky to the SUB-forums in the mileage run forum. both hotel deals and mr deals have several posts daily (or so it seems to me, and i'm not the mod who has to move them) from people looking for deals.

a surprising number of those posts are NOT from newbies, but with no note at the top of the sub-forum telling them not to post requests for deals there, it's difficult to get annoyed with them for not knowing.

I'd recommend sending a PM to the mileage run moderators about this. The MR mods are listed at the bottom of the main page.
