Korean Air Skypass - I have 12 hrs layover in Inchon

I have about 12 hrs layover in Inchon Airport 2 wks from now and I was planning to exit the airport terminal and try the short tours to downtown seoul (4 hrs). there are other options (ie: Inchon, nearby Spa or Casino etc). has anybody done this? and what do you recommend. where in the outside terminal do you find the agency to do these transit tours?
your help and infos are appreciated.

i am newto this site and of course i just couldnt read all the past messages. where is the expanded forum? how do i find it?
i wish there is a road map in this forum.

will try my luck on the seoul tour and if more time, then take a bus to the port city of incheon or maybe in the next trip.

I had the 12 hour layer in Nov, on the way from JFK-ICN-BKK. I chose to get a room at the hotel inside the terminal for 6 hours and use the Prestige Class (BC) lounge other times. So I never left the airport (or immigration). I am glad I just rested - as I had no trouble sleeping those 6 hours in the hotel. The hotel (a full service hotel) is only about 200 feet from the BC lounge - and they have a 6 hour rate starting at 9am.
