Other Credit Card Programs - Any Citi AA 20,000 mile cards for $250 still work?

Does anyone have a working link to a Citi AAdvantage Card that will earn 20,000 miles for only a $250 spend? I've tried a few mentioned here and elsewhere, and none of them seem to still work.

(It works shortened to that but automatically expands to a longer version you see in some threads when you go to it.)

One clue that it's good is that all the dates on the app are in the future. Another good clue is that title of the page is not "Test"!!! :D

(Visa only. I've not recently seen a valid-looking page for MC or Amex other than the ones which require $750 over 4 months, expire at the end of May 2008, and give 25k.)

Citi online is temporarily down for maintenance - seems you cant apply for any card (or see account details of existing cards) at the moment.

I have lots of links with 20K/$250 spend and even a few for 15K/1st purchase only. Please PM me if you would like these links

OK, maybe THAT'S the problem with some of the links. I tried some of them Sunday and Monday, and they didn't process. Seems odd that a company as big as Citi would have such long-lasting maintenance issues, though.

it's not a maintenance issue.

there were upgrading the website. put the new site up on Sunday, but it had big issues on Monday and finally last night they put the old site back. better don't do online application until they figure out what to do.

Please note that the 20k/$250 link I posted above still works, but the page it links to has been updated to say $750.

Meanwhile, if you go to Citi's main site, and instead of Credit Cards you select Credit Cards en Espanol, you'll get an offer for just 15k but still requiring $750 spend (it's for a Gold MC rather than a World MC, and thus the lower miles). (I can't really read Spanish, but I can figure this much out!)

So in the past weeks I have seen no evidence of any sites that are still current and yet still offer 15k, 20k, or 25k miles for less than $750 spend.
