Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Internet access near CX gate at JFK???

A friend has a long layover in JFK today and I'm trying to find a place where he can get free internet access. Any ideas? He doesn't belong to any frequent flyer program or have an Amex Platinum.

I think you can get get free access by the window overlooking the airport, courtesy of BA. It is passed security and it is not wireless. Last time there were quite a few people using it

According to the JFK BA Terraces Lounge agent starting Apr. 5 (my CX831 flight) the BA WiFi will be password locked, but the password is quite simple ;)
