I reached my, first time, Plat status early March.:)

Until today I have not received my new card. Should I call or is it normal that it takes so long to sent out a new card? Also will there be a welcome gift with the new card?

You can also print out a temporary card.

It took approx. 5 weeks for my Plat card to arrive, I am based in Australia.

I am still waiting 10 months later!

Usually in this situation, I would recommend:

1. Call SPG to find out what is wrong. It might an address issue, most likely.

2. Or simply wait for my PM!

I have a case in Singapore, right here at home where my guest is not able to receive his card after multiple tries. The address is verified as correct from a local over here, but I am not able to determine where the problem lies. My point is, there are going to be some issues which I cannot answer even if I dig out all my resources, one of them is this.

But does not mean it can't be resolved. :D

I made Gold status back in December and I'm still waiting for my new card. I've tried calling them a number of times already and they said that they've sent me a card already but I still haven't received anything yet. I confirmed my address with them but nothing. I've given up now.

I'm pretty sure that if we were to go back to some of the 2007 threads related to this subject, we would find that I offered to help with regard to this from around May through November. ;)

Anyone who finds themselves having already done what Si_Ting_ca has done can get assistance now. Everyone else would need to wait until we are through with the distribution process, which can be lengthy in some instances.

FWIW, I'm based in the UK, qualified in 07 and received my card last month.

I don't know if this is common knowledge, but when i called to find out the status of my gold membership kit, the rep let me know that it's not automatically sent out after you've qualified, but that you have to call and request it before it's sent to you. Maybe this rep didn't know what she was talking about, but that's what she informed me of.

I finally got my Gold card today. Thanks for all your help William.
